The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to join our team.

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

  • Customer Service and Reception
  • Greeting, being friendly and approachable to our guests, members and staff
  • General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach
  • Assisting in stock take and other administrative duties as required
  • Membership and Retail Sales
  • A part of this role is being able to cross sell and approach guests or members to discuss and assist with their needs
  • Understanding of our memberships and their requirements
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the gym
  • Walking the gym floor and making sure both the gym and shop front is clean
  • Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and show initiative
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High attentiontodetail skills
To be eligible for this position you must have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Be able to work overnight
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills
  • Level 2 First Aid and CPR
  • Police Check
