Regional Service Manager NSW

The role

This role reports directly to the National Field Service Manager. You will be responsible for the operational performance and financial management of a technically competent, customer facing service operation.

Fisher & Paykel's greatest assets are its people and your success is directly linked to their personal growth and development and your effective leadership.

Your every action is to maintain and grow excellent customer service to support future sales growth of Fisher & Paykel products.


You will be a leader of Health and Safety for your team and the teams and contractors we interact with and this is always your first consideration in your decision-making process.

You will be responsible for sourcing and maintaining robust working relationships with a network of authorised service centres in metro and regional areas where we do not have our own factory service including negotiating terms and contracts from time to time.

You will collaborate on and then drive strategies that improve processes and promote business excellence.

You will provide regular visibility to stakeholders within our business and to our external business partners to facilitate a seamless customer experience.

Who are you?

Service Leadership is your area of expertise. You have demonstrable experience in delivering the best service, including a successful track record.

You have passion and ability to build and grow a team to achieve the company's goals of providing an exceptional, financially responsible customer experience, as well as significant exposure dealing with various levels of stakeholder relationships.


You have a history of positive contribution and control of Health and Safety systems and processes and this is always front of mind for you.

You have excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, advanced decision-making abilities and the leadership capability to ensure we keep delivering premium outcomes.

Most of all you need the commitment to helping us provide industry leading customer support.
