Category 5 Labour Management and

CAT5 Rail is a locally owned and operated labour hire, plant and equipment business, specialising in Rail maintenance works, supplying trades, labour and maintenance personnel across various industries and locations in Australia and New Zealand.

We are currently seeking a experienced

About the role:

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies
  • Generate and send invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms
  • Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients via phone to secure timely payment
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of transactions, payment and collection
  • Resolution of clients disputes in professional manner

If you meet the criteria below we would love to hear from you:

  • Extensive proven experience in Accounts Receivable clerk
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Accurate high volume data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Ability to problem solve, take initiative and ownership of tasks
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business administration
