Your Impact:


The Business Banking (BB) Relationship Pricing team is going to improve customer & front-line experience, and quality of pricing decisions within the BB Relationship Managed Segments - Major Client Group (MCG), Commercial Banking (CB) and Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB).


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the relationship pricing team to deliver on the relationship pricing strategy and outcomes.
  • Engage with and influence leaders from product and segment teams to further refine and implement the relationship pricing strategy.
  • Drive forward with selection and rollout of improved frontline tooling including change management.
  • Collaborate with BB pricing teams and finance to enable the strategy.
  • Drive datadriven insights to better understand pricing performance and drivers, and feed back into improved pricing strategies.
  • Monitor business results including financial, business and customer experience, and recommend modifications to pricing to improve results.
  • Build robust models utilising data and analytics modelling process to demonstrate the financial impact of pricing changes.
  • Respond to changing market conditions impacting the product and analyse the financial impact to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders across frontline, technology, risk and operations.
