We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Pricing Design and Execution to join our Everyday Business Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and industrializing pricing and portfolio strategy across our product suite.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute pricing recommendations across our Everyday Business Banking product suite.
- Collaborate with the broader Product, Finance, and Segment teams to drive business growth and strategically problem solve.
- Lead the team to ensure a cohesive pricing strategy and recommendation based on insights and pricing analytics/models.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, sales, balance growth, and NIM targets.
- Develop and generate key portfolio and pricing initiatives across our EBB products (acquisition and in-life) on an ongoing basis.
- Understand the voice of the customer and be across and pre-empt impact of macro, micro, and product landscapes that pertain to our business.
- Proactively identify, understand, and manage risks across the business, ensuring they are captured in our tracking and reporting tool and are being rectified in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain current and new pricing controls for our Everyday Business Banking products.
- Play a lead role across the broader team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring all CBA values are always demonstrated.
- Risk mindset – all CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- A deep understanding of banking, commercials, and a passion for growth and service.

- Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous.
- 7+ years' experience in financial services.
- Pricing, Analytics, and Product Management experience is desirable.
