Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform pricing and deal strategies.
  • Develop pricing models and proposals for new and existing clients, balancing profitability with competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure proposals meet business objectives and are executable.
  • Lead pricing negotiations with clients, maximizing value for the company while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide thought leadership on deal shaping and pricing best practices, continuously improving processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in deal shaping, pricing, or related role in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
