- Permanent full-time position with flexible working option.- Based in Berkeley Vale on the Central Coast of NSW.- Positive and highly reputable company values and culture.The RoleYou will efficiently oversee Sanitarium's revenue and profitability targets for key Distributors/Wholesalers involved with the Energy & Convenience channel. Your focus will be on developing Business Plans to drive profitable growth for Sanitarium brands. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing Sales strategies to achieve sales goals and Profit targets
  • Managing Distributors & Wholesalers and key contacts
  • Developing Distributor/Wholesaler Specific Plans
  • Negotiating promotional programs and product ranging
  • Forecasting Demand Planning signal for all Distributors/Wholesalers
  • Managing Trade Spend and Ops funds
Skills & ExperienceA minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales roleSolid knowledge of convenience and route channelsProven track record in account management and business developmentUnderstanding of legislation relating to Sanitarium Health Food CompanyAbout Sanitarium & Our CultureSanitarium is dedicated to helping Australians live well.
