Are you a skilled financial professional with a passion for strategic management and business performance? The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Management Accountant to join our dynamic team.

As the Senior Management Accountant, you will serve as the deputy to the Manager of Management Accounting. You will play a crucial role in helping the Local Health District (LHD) achieve its financial, business, strategic, and sustainability objectives.

An Eligibility List (E-List) or talent pool may be created from this recruitment episode to assist in filling future permanent, temporary, or casual full-time and part-time positions.

About You

  • You have a tertiary qualification in business, finance, or similar and full membership of a recognised Australian professional accounting body.
  • You have extensive experience in a large organisation in a management accounting/business manager role that provides financial analysis and business insights to support Senior Managers.
  • You have extensive experience with financial management information systems such as Oracle and SMRT and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products.

You will be delivering a high-level of financial and business insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Accounting functions within the LHD.

You will support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and provide expert technical and strategic management accounting advice to aid decision-making.
