**The Company -**
Our client is a **National Branding Technology and Signage company** with a rich heritage of producing architectural signage and corporate identities for a large number of Australia's best know retail and commercial brands.
Having operated in display fitout market for over 80 years, this company has become not only a market leader, but a well-respected business partner to many of the country's best-known retailers.
From Architectural Signage to Vehicle & Fleet Branding and from Branded Rollouts & Consultation to Digital Displays, our client offers the best service for complete architectural branding.
**The Position -**
Due to company growth our client is looking for a **National Sales Manager** to take over the day-to-day management of the Account Management team and push the company forward with New Business Development, reporting directly into the General Manager.
On a daily basis you would be coordinating with the Corporate Account Management team, making sure current projects are being attended to and ensuring that the Corporate Accounts are both maintained and grown according to the company's growth target.
You would also be tasked with growing new business into the company, arranging and attending new business meetings all over the country where needed and converting new client to the Corporate Account Management team.
This role is predominantly office based on the **Sunshine Coast, QLD** with regular travel to customer sites and head-offices all over Australia. With installations and fit outs happening all around the clock this role suits someone that can be able to manage a client base even if it is outside of normal office hours.
**The Package -**
- **Salary - $120,000 pa - $140,000 pa + Super**:
- **Car Allowance $20,000 - $25,000**:
- **Tools of the Trade - Laptop and Company Phone**:
- **Commission and bonuses based on gross profit and company growth**
To be successful in this role you would require experience in managing C-level retail or commercial accounts, from an external contractor relationship. Experience with shop fit outs, signage, project management and corporate branding would also be looked at favourably.
Other attributes that would be necessary are:
- Demonstrate new business development skills and account management knowledge
- High level of computer literacy
- History of working in Fit Out, Signage, Digital Display or Corporate Branding
- Excellent man-management traits
- Proximity to the Sunshine Coast
