Where do you fit in?
We are seeking a Customer Success Team Leader to join on of our growing ventures and support our customers ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The Customer Success Team is pivotal to this business as we are responsible for ensuring the success of our customers' journeys.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Manage a team of Customer Success Coordinators, including, but not limited to coaching, developing and reviewing.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders as required to ensure our platform is a comprehensive onestop shop for customers.
- Conduct Operational data analysis and reporting
- Monitor teams operational performance ensuring SLAs and productivity are met and plans are in place to drive continuous improvement.
- Complaints escalation and resolution
- Working to improve processes and procedures to support an innovative and evolving product and business.
- Proven experience managing a team with key focus on customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building and embedding a customer centric team culture.
- Proven experience leading in a taskdriven, deadlinedriven environment, managing multiple competing priorities.
- Prioritisation and planning skills to manage work volume and resources appropriately.
- Team management skills ideally within financial services, lending or exposure to the home buying journey and across but phone and written customer enquiries.
- Data Driven approach to work and ability to draw out insights and influence decision making.
- Exceptional team player, collaborator with a desire to join a high performance and passionate team
- A desire to think outside the box and get creative when it comes to building customer solutions.Sidekick
