The Opportunity


x15 is looking for an
experienced Service Desk Analyst who is ready to join a dynamic team supporting x15 and Venture staff.

The x15 Service Desk is not your traditional boring old helpdesk, we pride ourselves on doing things a little different.

You will have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions, get hands on with cutting edge technology and work with amazing people.


Do work that matters**- Keep our customers happy - the latest tech always comes with the latest problems, embrace and smile

  • Be on point for all level 1/2 support issues across multiple teams
  • Own and support all aspects of M365, its core to our business and we are always pushing the boundaries
  • Continually deploy and refine processes to keep increasing our level of automation
  • Work closely with customers & vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Schedule and implement change requests.
  • Manage x15's laptop fleet in close partnership with our hardware vendors

We are interested to hear from people who have experience in the majority of the below, and a strong desire to master the rest:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in a customer serviceoriented role.
  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft M365 environments (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office, Power Platform Etc).
  • Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune & Autopilot
  • Knowledge of JAMF and Apple business manager
  • Strong background in supporting end user hardware (including both macOS and Windows devices).
  • Scripting and automation skills including but not limited to PowerShell, Python and Power Platform
  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud suite (ideally including Jira ServiceDesk)
  • Experience with Git/Github and proven documentation skills
