We're x15ventures - a dynamic venture-scaler, powered by CommBank.


What's a venture-scaler you might ask? Well for us, it means we're not your typical VC fund - we have the mandate to build, acquire and invest-in early-stage digital endeavours that can scale through CommBank's assets.

We actively support experienced entrepreneurs, providing guidance and access to our customer base and distribution networks.

Together, we're building the next generation of solutions for 15 million CommBank customers and pioneering new ways of working as we go.

Your Team

The Venture Partnership & Delivery function sits within the x15 core platform team under the Chief Product Owner.

We are responsible for contributing to and delivering on the Venture Platform development roadmap.

We are providing ventures dedicated relationship management to help them navigate the available service offerings available to their businesses.


We also have central ownership of the x15 Delivery Pathway which enables ventures to scale and launch quickly and safely while providing CBA Group comfort that we are appropriately managing delivery.

The Opportunity

This is a newly created position reporting to the Head of Venture Delivery, x15ventures.

In this role you will immerse yourself with ventures, understand their customer solutions, product roadmap and overall business strategy and help them achieve their key results.

Your responsibilities will be 3 fold:1) Platform-as-a-Product - contribute to the product management of our Venturing Platform

2) Venture Support - provide ventures with dedicated guidance on how they use our Venturing Platform

3) Delivery Governance - provide comfort to CBA Group that we are appropriately managing delivery
