The Role
NextSense has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Teacher (BLV) to join our Pre School team at North Rocks.

This is a permanent part-time role, working 31.25 hours per week and which reports directly to the Head of Early Years.

Desired Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role you'll need to demonstrate you meet the following selection criteria.

  • Relevant degree or recognised teaching qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent teaching practice
  • Experience in the education of students who are blind or have low vision
  • A current NSW driver's licence
  • A first aid certificate
  • A working with children's check
  • A criminal record check
