Position summaryTHE ROLE:
A unique career opportunity is now available for a Business Support Coordinator to support our high performing Legal, Company Secretariat and Insurance teams on a full-time permanent basis within Downer Group's Corporate Services Division.
This is a diverse role which will be well suited to a vibrant person who possesses a genuine drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide proactive, professional and efficient support to the team.
ABOUT YOU:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and understanding of the Docusign system
Extensive diary and travel management
Detailed expense management (ideally Concur Expense Management System)
Ability to effectively coordinate meetings and functions
Experience in raising purchase orders through JDEGS or a similar ERP system
The capability to take the initiative and have the courage to think differently to seek business improvements
