About the Company


Gain valuable real life experience working with a large NSW government agency as a Business Operations Coordinator responsible for coordinating a range of business administration, financial and project management services.

Based in CBD / WFH on a 10 month contract. ASAP start.

About the Role

  • Coordinate the implementation of effective and efficient processes and systems including the event investment pipeline and assessment process, contract management, event deliverables workflow, database and records management and, organisational reporting.
  • Coordinate workflow activities, including but not limited to event investment project management, event deliverables, event investment Expressions of Interest serviced through CRM/Salesforce and data management.
  • Coordinate the preparation, formatting, quality assurance and tracking of a wide range of written communication materials suitable to a variety of stakeholders including event submissions, briefs, Government correspondence, Board reports, presentations and business performance reports to support the effective operation of the unit.
  • Actively contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of business systems to support the Events' team activities including Divisional Objective and Key Results (OKRs), CRM programs, workflow management platforms, records and contracts management, business performance tracking and reporting in line with organisational strategy.
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects within the unit ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and integration with other Divisions across the organisation and adherence to project management practices.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of administrative support.
  • Experience in using Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and in preparing correspondence and reports as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
