The role

As a Business & Project Coordinator, you will be accountable for:

Assisting the BMU Lead in ensuring the Communications and Corporate Affairs budget is appropriately managed including forecasting, NPPs, coordination and administration of special funds Supporting and preparing documentation or requests for procurement, working with Procurement stakeholders as required Providing advice and direction to the Head of Group Communication, Head of Corporate Affairs, and Head of External Communications on daily administrative process and policies Coordinating reports on business planning and risk management for Communications and Corporate Affairs Coordinating internal and external events to engage, inform and develop CCA Group including management forums, development workshops and team offsites Preparing presentations and internal communication as required, including distribution of materials and resources to team members as required Providing high level project management, logistic and administrative support to a range of CCA Group projects and other ad hoc tasks or priorities Developing processes, utilising available systems to track and record status of current projects including preparation of reports and escalation of issues to the BMU Lead as required Contributing and developing procedures and processes that advance the Business Management Unit's (BMU) objectives and the CCA strategy Supporting management meetings and other activities, preparing agendas and providing administrative and logistic support Coordinating internal and external communications for the Group including maintaining the CCA SharePoint site

About you

Experience as a Project Coordinator or administrator in a corporate or government environment. Experience in a government environment on business planning, budget and forecasting, procurements and travel and expense management software and systems. Prior experience or involvement in project coordination, including reporting and planning. Relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Well-developed organisational, coordination and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively to all audiences in both written and verbal formats to achieve intended purposes.
