What you'll do:

  • Provide specialist professional support services including executive assistance, committee servicing and records management to the Head of School and Dean,
  • Provide a range of professional operational and administrative support functions for the Academic Affairs Portfolio, including the administration of the workload management system, and
  • Undertake regular personal, professional and team development opportunities.

What will help you succeed:

  • A tertiary level qualification with subsequent work experience in a service delivery environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training,
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high quality services and advice, directly and online, in a busy administrative environment, including knowledge and transferable skills in working within various software platforms with a high degree of accuracy,
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively liaise with, and provide information and advice to, internal and external clients, and
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team, displaying initiative and adaptability.
