Reporting to the Manager, Information Management, your key accountabilities will include:
- Working closely with project teams to fully understand business needs with the aim of ensuring the best possible information management frameworks are effectively utilised
- Promoting the use of correct document and information management processes and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Providing guidance and training to staff on document and information management matters
- Managing and maintaining the Authority's internal electronic records and document management databases, repositories and filing systems, checking compliance with structures and naming conventions on a regular basis
About you
To succeed in the role, you will have/be:
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of document and information management systems and databases
- Experience with document control practices and protocols for engineering documents
- Experience using electronic document management systems within the Office365 environment
- Experience with ProjectWise or a similar webbased collaboration systems such as TeamBinder
- Strong organisation skills, flexibility, and the ability to balance priorities
- Welldeveloped interpersonal and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively with senior people and explain concepts and procedures
