About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual, representing the customer brand at the reception desk by providing a memorable customer experience.
Ensuring that the site is always 'show ready' by planning, organising and holding regular community style events as directed by the customer.
Scope of Responsibilities includes:
- Performs duties of Guest Relations Officer independently
- Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders enquiries
- Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery
- Assist in organising meetings and conferences
- Set up and assisting of office furniture in and for meetings and conference rooms
- Maintain databases and update presentations
- Light cleaning duties of meeting and conference rooms
- Assist with any filing and maintenance document files
- General administrative duties
- Some lifting may be involved
- Some Reception duties
Key Requirements
- Can work independently and enjoys performing duties autonomously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Has an ability to quickly learn new technology and work instructions.
- Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
- Previous customer service experience and proactive personality is highly regarded
