About the opportunity
This role is pivotal to support our Residential Facilities business by delivering a range of HR administration activities.

Reporting to the P&C Process & Governance Lead, you will enjoy being part of a busy and fast paced 'AskHR' team.

This role has a dedicated focus on onboarding, employment contract management, compliance, and accurate record maintenance.

To see you succeed in this role, you will have a strong attention to detail, lateral thinking, and enjoy a fast paced work environment.


The 'AskHR' team is the lifeblood of our business, where the rubber meets the road for all generalist HR enquiries.

As part of the wider HR Operations team, you will also gain valuable insights and opportunities to grow your HR career.

Your role is going to be pivotal in the success of our team and our business and we'll ensure that you feel valued and supported in your career journey along the way.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Being a point of contact for onboarding and contract enquiries
  • Prepare and issue contracts
  • Maintain data in a wide variety of HR systems and payroll databases
  • Maintain a range of HR documentation, reports, organisational charts
  • Uploading current employee police check and work right statuses
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain excellent HR customer service with key internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Helping our HR Operations team to continuously improve our processes and systems.

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • Strong computer skills and generalist administration
  • Ability to use: PayGlobal, MS Office Suite & FormStack desirable.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Strong selfmotivation and organisation skills
  • Previous HRIS experience would be highly desirable
