Traffix Group is seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Assistant
to join its team.

You will have an extremely proactive 'can-do' attitude, excellent oral and written communications skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively without direction.


Your role will be responsible for:

  • Accounts assistance primarily in accounts receivable (debtor collections) and reporting.
  • Preparing and processing payments and invoices, reconciling accounts and expenditures.
  • Updating and maintaining office accounting and practice management database records as required.
  • Maintain and update client records to ensure the accuracy of records and controls.
  • Maintenance of kitchen and office supplies.
  • Maintaining kitchen and office spaces and ensuring these areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with the administration of our Integrated Management System as required.
  • Assist with office events as required.
  • Assist with various other adhoc administration duties as required
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Accounting, Administration and/or 3 or more years' relevant industry administration and accounts experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in financial and project management programs such as MYOB, Xero and Synergy (or similar project management software).
  • Appropriate Australian or New Zealand Work Visa.
