About Our Client

Our client is a well-known pharmaceutical organisation that has an international presence and is a provider of over 200 key medications to thousands of people, daily. This temporary, three-month contractual position will be full-time hours (all days on-site) and is a role where the successful candidate can commence immediately.

Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • End-to-end recruitment from job briefing to offer and offer management.
  • Shortlisting, interviewing, and referencing checking potential suitable candidates.
  • Successfully partnering with line managers to provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assisting in both high volume and specific, targeted recruitment searches.
  • Utilising systems such as LinkedIn recruiter and Seek talent to source the best possible candidate.
  • General ad-hoc duties as requested by the manager and management team.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a fast-paced and high energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with internal stakeholders to source the best available talent for their organisation. To be successful, you'll have previous 360 recruitment experience and be comfortable using recruitment tools Seek Talent, LinkedIn and an ATS platform. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a small-to-medium size team. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, for an initial three-month temporary period.
