About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Partner to join our One Endeavour Transformation team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for our transformational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio, balancing competing priorities with ease.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, delivering recruitment best practices and partnering to deliver outcomes.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilising data and market insights.
  • Represent Endeavour Group as a true brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines and prepare for future workforce needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal recruitment partner role (ideally 5+ years), with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and a significant volume of stakeholders.
  • A creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition, always looking for new ways to engage top talent.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide business leaders.
  • A self-starter with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, ready to contribute to Endeavour's recruitment strategy.
  • Experience with Smart Recruiters and SuccessFactors is ideal.
