Reporting to the National Business Manager, this role is accountable for achievement of sales/profit measures in their areas. Developing relationships with the Customer Buying teams and internal stakeholders will be critical to success.

The role will provide analytical and administrative support for the Tip Top Retail Sales team by working closely with the National Account and Business Managers.

Purpose of the Role

  • Develop primary customer contacts and establish strong collaborative partnerships with both customers and Tip Top cross functionally
  • Achievement of sales/profit & growth measures
  • Implements category management principles and drives tactical responses to price, range, promotions and shelf management issues.
  • Account management of Fresh, Ambient, Chilled & Frozen portfolios
  • Supporting Woolworths (primarily), Coles & Independents
  • Lead seasonal & key event cross functional planning
  • Play an active role in supporting & working with the Retail Sales teams
  • Support the National Account Managers for Category reviews / prepare account presentations in conjunction with the National Account Managers
About You

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Min 12 years' experience in a similar role (Account Executive/Field Sales) within the FMCG industry will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional communications skills with experience of engaging effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Capability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
  • Strong analytical skills through questioning, seeking input, and anticipating and managing risk, and with good attention to detail
