Our client, a prominent provider dedicated to enhancing employee well-being, is in need of a Practice Manager for their office in Newcastle.

As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of counselors, providing supervision to ensure top-quality care and support, and overseeing allied health referrals and support.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and mentor counselors to uphold and surpass clinical standards.
  • Offer clinical supervision to counselors in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Promote and deliver counselor training.
  • Manage and enhance clinical policies and procedures.

  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills for efficient task execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Counseling or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing supervision to clinical staff.
  • Familiarity with EAP settings.
  • Strong written, verbal, and IT communication skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills essential for building effective relationships.
