The Role


The role requires the management of a team of Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget and meet the expectations of our customers.

As such, proactive stakeholder engagement with service authorities, community groups and State Government departments in accordance with approved project plans, works programs, schedules, budgets, and timeframes is essential.


The Service Lead Project Management will have considerable experience in project management leadership of medium to major projects, ideally in a public sector context.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you'll possess the following skills and/or qualifications:

  • Qualification (preferably tertiary) in Project Management, Architecture, Town Planning, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or relevant discipline.
  • Substantial experience in the preparation of business plans and the management of major projects.
  • Demonstrated project management leadership experience.
  • Stakeholder engagement knowledge and experience.
  • Good negotiation and supervision skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- 'C' Class Driver's Licence.

  • Current National Police Clearance (under 3 months).
  • Possession of white/blue card
This full time permanent positon has a base salary of $140,000 plus
