Role overview:
We are looking for customer focused candidates who describe themselves as motivated, driven and results focused.
Your new role will have a focus on providing innovative solutions for vehicle financing to customers who are interested in Vehicle Novated Leasing. Your role will involve nurturing warm sales leads via inbound and outbound calls to provide customers recommendations on the best novated lease package, providing accurate quotations tailored to their requirements, assisting with credit applications, and liaising with external dealers for vehicle sourcing. Key responsibilities:
Nurture and follow up on sales leads, converting them into a finance or source of a vehicleProvide exceptional customer service and education throughout the process Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislationAbility to be adaptable in a changing environment Actively participate in weekly and monthly team meetings - your opinion counts
What is on offer:
Competitive base salary with uncapped commissionPermanent, Full Time roleMonday - Friday operating hours on a rotating roster between 8am-6:30pmCity fringe location6 weeks paid on the job training
What you will bring:
Previous contact centre experience in an inbound or outbound functionMotivated and target driven in a sales environment, with rapport building, selling and influencing skillsHigh quality verbal and written communication skillsStrong communication and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProactive and assertive individuals who are not afraid to pick up the phone or deal with large call volumes
