About the Role
Centurion has an exciting oppurtunity for an experienced Key Account Manager who's passionate about the Dangerous Goods space. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and strengthening key customer relationships, focousing on long-term growth and retention.

Key Account Managers work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop and strengthen relationships to deliver strategic partnerships with key customers in the Dangerous Goods space.

We are looking for the right fit, therefore are flexible on location within Brisbane however this role would ideally sit either in Mackay or Redbank.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to build strong and strategic partnerships
  • Manage the communication flow of the customer's needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance visibility of operational performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build solutions supporting revenue growth, value creation and share of wallet
  • Participate in site based and online meetings and other activities relative to portfolio
  • Prepare and present reporting metrics in a professional and accurate manner
  • Communicate significant trends, commercial matters and operational methodologies to internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and improve the customer experience in relation to invoicing, billing and credits from enquiry to resolution
  • Meet with Operations regularly to ensure all agreed KPI objectives are met and relevant groups are informed of current issues and corrective actions

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience working with Bulk Dangerous Goods; Liquids & Explosives
  • Previous Industry Experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Professional composure with outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve with a structured approach
  • Ability to influence decisions and negotiate
  • Understanding of data analytics and presentation of statistics
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and management skills
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Located in Brisbane
