About the job
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis located in our Brisbane office.
Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
General Freight Forwarding/Sales Training 8 years minimum experience in freight forwarding industry. Experience / Success in auto vertical projects and tender process management Excellent negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
