  • This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Sales & PM team. The role requires an accountable, reliable and professional individual to assist with the day to day running of the office, providing administrative support to the team.

Key tasks but not limited to:

  • Answering business phone and greeting walkin clients
  • Filling authorities and contracts
  • Launching and updating listings using CRM system
  • Preparing marketing materials such as signboard, brochure and letter drops
  • General rental administration work such as handling keys and taking messages
  • Keeping the office clean and tidy
  • Manage stationary orders, office supplies and equipment.
  • Other administration work distributed by manager
