We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administration Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Real Estate clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their leasing departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Leasing Department, including answering enquiries, problem-solving, and scheduling inspection runs.
- Assist the Business Development Manager with duties such as loading new properties into the database, ensuring all documents are supplied, and updating the team regarding new properties.
- Prepare forms and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
- 1+ years of experience in Real Estate administration.
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential.
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A friendly, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
- Generous salary depending on experience.
- 1 WFH per week + flexible hours for the right candidate.
- Monday to Friday only - get your work/life balance back.
