About the Role:

Goughrecruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Administration Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Leasing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, assisting with enquiries, problem-solving, and scheduling inspection runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Leasing department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
  2. Assist the Business Development Manager with duties such as loading new properties into the database, ensuring all documents are supplied, and updating the team regarding new properties.
  3. Prepare forms and other ad hoc administrative tasks, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate administration.
  2. Current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential.
  3. A valid driver's license.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
