About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Place Estate Agents. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through door knocking, letter box dropping, and warm/cold calls.
  • Manage buyer enquiries and appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Assist with database management, including data entry and maintenance.
  • Coordinate client meetings and bookings, ensuring seamless execution of sales transactions.
  • Support the lead agent in various aspects of the sales process, including photoshoots, staging appointments, and pre-settlement inspections.
Requirements
  • 12 months industry experience is not essential but advantageous.
  • Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Openness to being coached, trustworthy, and determination to succeed.
  • Team player with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Current QLD Drivers Licence and Real Estate Sales Registration.
  • Prior experience working in a sales environment will be beneficial.
  • Own reliable car.
