WHAT YOU'LL DO;

  • Extensive inbox and calendar management.
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and meeting venues.
  • Preparing reports, minutes of meetings and presentations.
  • Providing support to the Domain Leads as required.
  • Ad hoc administrative and organisational duties.
  • Work closely with People & Culture, IT Support and Admin Services teams to onboard and offboard staff.
  • Coordination of events including celebrations and catering.
  • Provide support and coordination of general office responsibilities.
  • Organise office events and functions,

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant successfully supporting senior management and/or team.
  • Strong project management and time management skills and across multiple diaries.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing conflicting priorities and tasks to timely completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • You're warm and human but you know how to represent a company professionally.
  • Be proactive and a selfstarter.
