The RoleWe're seeking a Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Audit and Assurance Quality Team. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of operations and facilitating the achievement of team deliverables in key projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate team meetings, activities, and events
- Prepare and manage agendas, presentations, and minutes for various meetings
- Coordinate and manage travel requirements
- Project support as required
- Invoicing and expense claim processing for leadership group
- Document management system activities, including team site management, communication, and distribution of information
- Design and preparation of documents as required
- Logistics support with regulatory requests
- Intranet site updates and support
- Template creation and updates
- Experience as a Team or Admin Assistant within a professional services environment is desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- An ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Professional approach to tasks, while acting with integrity
- Strong communication and service delivery ethic
- A driven, confident, proactive manner and willingness to learn
