Purpose of the Role

  • Responsible for engaging internal stakeholders to formulate the Outbound Selling teams priorities and effectively communicate these and lead the Outbound selling team
  • Building capability within the team that enables them to focus on the priorities and identify opportunities that meet and exceed sales and waste KPI's
  • Drive exceptional Outbound Customer Service to existing customers
  • Lead, communicate and execute effective selling strategies
  • Build and maintain strong external customer relationships delivering on contact matrix & engagement plan across major customers
About You

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of Sales Metrics favourable
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency with SAP experience
  • Analytical and proficient in reporting
  • You may have owned a business been an entrepreneur and used to a hustle, we would love to hear from you.


You will join the business in a selling role so you can learn the business and process and gain complete respect of the team and then step into the leadership role within six months.
