Human Resources Manager
Are you an experienced HR Leader who has a passion for early education? Do you want
to lead a team of dedicated professionals committed to seeing future generations
flourish? This role could be what you have been looking for.

Integricare, a leading organisation in Christian Early Learning, with 13 ELCs/Pre-Schools
around Sydney as well as providing other Family Services, is seeking suitably qualified

This is a senior full time position, reporting directly to the CEO. The HR Manager leads
a small team that covers payroll administration, WHS, Learning Development and
recruitment. The HR Manager works closely with CEO and Board.

Key aspects of the position include the leadership and management of:

  • The development and maintenance of a faith based culture
  • The dispute and grievance processes as well as mediation
  • HR administration including policies, procedure and records
  • Assisting in the recruitment of staff across the organisation
  • Professional Development Program for Senior Managers
  • Risk Management
  • Workplace Health and Safety
Being an active member of a Christian faith community will be highly regarded.

Our Story

Integricare was founded in 1882, operating the
Home of Hope, a Women's Refuge in Sussex
Street Sydney.

The organisation has served the needs of
families across Sydney in a variety of ways for
the past 140 years, moving into childcare
services in the early 1980's.

Integricare is a Christian not-for-profit
organisation registered as a charity with the
Australian Charities and Not-for-profit
Commission (ACNC). The organisation
currently has over 200 staff.

Statement of Beliefs

  • The basis of our identity is consistent with the mission of Jesus Christ and as such we
- believe that:

  • The Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative word of God and is our authority in

You will lead a small team which covers payroll administration, WHS and
Safety and Learning and Development. The key areas of responsibility

for this role include:

  • Leadership
  • Develop and implement goals that are in the strategic plan.
  • Keeping management and the Board aware of changes in Employment
and Fairwork laws.- Provide meaningful data that assists in budget and P&L management

  • Working with managers in ensuring that salary benchmarks are being
met.

  • Culture
  • Assisting services in the onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • Develop and maintain a faithbased culture.
  • Facilitate flexible work practices throughout the organisation.
  • Leading Wellness & Mental Health initiatives.


 Mediation
  • Managing dispute and grievance processes.
  • Attending to conflict resolution issues and negotiating successful
outcomes.

  • HR Policies and Procedures
  • Highlight changes in HR policies, systems and processes and
implement.- Policy and procedure changes are highlighted to enhance and develop

our faith-informed culture.

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Assist Centre Managers with the recruitment of staff where required.
  • Casual Staff Management.


 HR Administration
  • Manage Employee contracts, Position Descriptions and salary
arrangements.- Monitor Roster efficiency and wage benchmark achievement.
