About the Company:

Our client, a community-focused organization in the east, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their dynamic people and culture department led by the Director of People and Culture.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide HR advice and support to leaders and staff
  • Handle staff correspondence and record-keeping
  • Interpret Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards
  • Support HR processes from induction to offboarding
  • Maintain people data and enhance HR processes

You Will Have the Following Experience:

  • Qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Prior HR-related experience
  • Proficiency in employee database systems
  • Passion for best HR practices
