In this role, you'll:

Be working as part of a busy team of Workers Compensation experts who are fun, inclusive, and collaborative.

This role will see you manage a portfolio of claims for injured workers across self-insurance and TMF (treasury managed funds) for the Transport cluster.

You will manage claims end to end to assist workers to recover and return to work.

You will also be managing a number of stakeholders which include injured workers, and their respective managers and treatment provides.

About you
Experienced Workers Compensation professional with a can-do attitude. You have a passion for helping people and work best in a team. You will have exceptional communications skills both written and verbal and have the ability to communicate with influence.

You will be able to build trust and rapport quickly and be able to management expectations, as this role will require you to deal with sensitive issues with injured workers, their managers and treatment providers.


You will have solid case management experience in the Workers Compensation space and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation and guidelines.
