Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain staff rosters, ensuring the right skill sets are aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate rosters in line with care plans, employee skills, and program requirements.
- Prepare and distribute rosters in advance, ensuring employees are informed promptly.
- Maximize efficiency by managing leave, minimizing overtime, and ensuring rosters meet KPIs.
- Ensure rosters comply with relevant awards/EBAs and adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
- Provide staffing solutions when needed, including engaging external services.
- Maintain accurate rostering data, address scheduling inquiries, and communicate updates effectively.
- Act as a liaison between the organization, clients, field staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What Weâre Looking For:
- Experience in rostering, with a strong understanding of healthcare standards.
- Proficiency in using rostering systems within the healthcare industry or similar.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of employment agreements, awards, and scheduling best practices.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities in busy environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards, WHS policies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
