Position Overview: As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our software development services. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will help to develop and implement effective strategies to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Must have experience working in a sales role for a similar software development company
    • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
