Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Contracts Administrator to cement your place in our growing WA team. If you love managing projects, working with people, and have a knack for getting things done right the first time, this could be the role you’ve been constructing in your mind

What you’ll be working on

As our Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects stay on track and within budget. From managing contract administration and procurement to working closely with clients, subcontractors, and your teammates, you’ll be a vital part of the success of our WA operations.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 8+ years in contracts management on building projects up to $100 million.
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field.
  • People skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Commercial savvy: You’ve got excellent cost management experience and the negotiation skills to make things happen.
  • Self-motivated: You’re highly organised, driven, and committed to delivering top-quality work while keeping safety at the forefront.
