Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team on a Full-Time project-based contract basis for our Collie Battery Energy Storage System (CBESS) Project located in Western Australia. This role offers a 10/4 DIDO roster from Perth or a local option for those residing in the Collie region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and administer project contracts and documentation to ensure all commercial aspects and conditions are met.
  • Provide support and contractual assistance to the Project Manager to ensure contractual obligations are being met.
  • Liaise with the Scheduling team to ensure weekly programs reflect true project performance.
  • Organize, compile, and submit variations to the contract.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure variations and claims are reviewed and signed off throughout the project.
  • Submit claims for delays and extension of time to the client in accordance with the Contract timeline and requirements.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration, law, or a related field discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a senior contracts administrator in the heavy construction industry.
  • High-level attention to detail, strong understanding of contract law, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in contract management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high level of commitment to safety and strong computer literacy.
