Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager you will work closely with the People, Culture & Wellbeing Project Lead, and the broader PC&W team across Australia and New Zealand to support remuneration programs, recognition programs and our communication and recognition platform.

The role is ideally suited to an individual who has strong analytical skills, complemented by analytical tools such as excel. Experience in cyclical activities such as remuneration reviews and incentive plans would be an advantage, however you could be equally passionate about learning remuneration and recognition programs and want to ‘hit the ground running’.

As our new Reward & Recognition Advisor, your focus will be:

Support and administration of cyclical remuneration activities such as:BudgetingRemuneration reviewShort and long term incentive plansWGEA submissionSetting up of the Remuneration Planning System Support rem related projects and initiatives Remuneration analysis and reporting  Support our REACH recognition program, includingReport creationQuarterly & end of year winner coordinationDrafting winner announcements  Be a ‘super user’ of our communication and recognition platform MOVE, includingReporting and analyticsCreating contentPlatform queriesPromotion of the platform to the business

Ideally you:

Have an analytical mind and comfortable in developing solutions in excel using data Understand remuneration programs and systems and/or keen to learn more Happy to learn and develop within an admin environment A customer centric, people-focused individual with a passion for delivering pragmatic HR solutions Personable and committed to building strong working relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and like to work autonomously Tertiary qualified (preferred, not essential)

Supported by a talented, diverse and geographically dispersed team, you will be working in a supportive environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, have fun and operate with a high level of autonomy. This role is hybrid with a mix of time in the office/WFH and Field.
