Job Description
  • Provide strategic HR advice to management and staff, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Assist with employee relations, managing conflict resolution and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate performance management and talent development initiatives, driving business growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports, informing business decisions.
  • Comply with relevant legal regulations and industrial agreements, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Drive organisational change and workplace culture initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to work independently, handling internal projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
