Identify new sales opportunities, drive growth, and execute sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets. Develop precise territory sales and inventory forecasts to ensure accurate planning. Provide clinical case support and in-service education to customers for all ACT products. Oversee customer accounts, including new product applications, inventory management, education needs, and the ordering process. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in your territory.Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related Science field. Proven ability to plan and manage a territory strategically and operationally. Strong presence with the ability to motivate and influence others effectively. Exceptional consultative selling skills and interpersonal abilities with executive-level customers and partners. Comfortable working in various healthcare and medical environments. Strong commercial awareness with the capability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and able to multitask and prioritise activities effectively. Willingness and ability to travel as required.What you’ll get
