I have partnered with a global supplier of medical technology solutions for almost all surgical fields. Due to growth, I'm supporting them in hiring a Logistics Coordinator, focusing on medical loan kits. Must have have experience in reverse logistics & medical device industry background is required.Location: Lane Cove, Western Sydney

Job Description

As Logistics Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Liaise with freight carrier to achieve on time pick-up and dispatch to the correct customer locations.
  • Process and dispatch any returns to suppliers as required.
  • Pick, pack and ship loan kits and customer orders on time and with a high-level of accuracy.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate and maintain relationships with staff at all levels within the company as well as customers and suppliers.
  • Submit Purchase Order in SAP for any loan requirements and new consignment requests.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Logistics Coordinator role will ideally have the following key skills & qualities:

  • Previously worked in medical industry
  • An in depth understanding of reverse logistics and great time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse function
  • Understanding of ERP systems within a business environment, specifically SAP
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills with drive
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Word, Excel, Office
