THE ROLE

An exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has become available for a motivated Project Marketing Manager to join our busy CPG Estates team to lead the marketing on its NSW House and Land projects including Anambah Rise, Fairwood Rise, Harkness Place, High Grove at Box Hill, The Evergreen Collection at Calderwood and the launch of other new projects.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  

  • Preparation of strategic project marketing plans and budgets for a portfolio of projects.
  • Review and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and KPIs, continually identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement optimisations to strategies and campaigns based on performance, changes to client needs, market changes, builder promotions, status of projects and industry developments.
  • Create and provide clear and precise briefs to external marketing agencies and partners. 
  • Review existing agency contracts and monitor agency spend against approved budgets.
  • Appraise, revise, and select material submitted by external copywriters, photographers, content creators, illustrators etc.
  • Oversee the writing, production, publication and distribution of advertising, EDMs, project websites, marketing brochures, press/news releases, sales materials or other promotional materials. 
  • Manage social media responsibilities for the CPG Estates business unit and project portfolio.
  • Assist with market research including buyer analysis, pricing strategies, competitor analysis, promotional strategies, etc.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to achieve project and group objectives.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role, you will need: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing-related field  
  • 5+ years’ experience ideally in property marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning & organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Social media and content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep projects to budget and time.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to drive results.
