Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Redpath Partners, a leading international residential developer. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to launch, sell through, and settle residential projects in NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote residential projects, including digital, print, and out-of-home advertising.
- Manage and optimize online property listings to maximize enquiries for the sales team.
- Support the development of sales and marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive project sales.
- Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and projects.
- Assist with budgeting, project reporting, expense claims, and invoicing.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support the marketing team.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing position, preferably in project marketing, construction, property marketing, or a related field.
- Qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are desired.
- Strong communication and team player skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and great time management skills.
