Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of internal processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Establish audit objectives, develop and implement audit procedures and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare internal audit reports which document the audit findings, implications and recommendations for corrective action or improvements
  • Collaborate with others to facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor progress towards achieving operational objectives
  • Develop risk-based audit programs using data analytics to ensure compliance with international standards
  • Benchmark the internal audit approach against industry peers/best practice and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least three years’ experience in internal auditing in the past five years
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles, practices, and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding relationship building, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
